I want to be a god when I grow up.

Hey,
So today I figured out that I want to speak about religions c:

I am not that religious and I have nothing against religious people, but sometimes I think people do stupid things for their religion. And when I say stupid, I mean stupid as killing, war and treat women terrible.
I am for revolution, but not for war against other religions. Religion is not changing with war, people are not going to stop thinking and believe in their religion. A revolution is a "changewar".

I am from a Christian family, and if someone need to know my religion. I just answer with a short;" I am Christian". I am not proud of it, but its nothing wrong with it either. Its just that I didt choose it for myself.

My own religion is the science way. The way that I mean is the right way. The correct religion, for me.

A Norse god that I drew in a boring class.

Where I live, Norway my forefathers where Vikings.
Maybe you have heard about the Vikings, maybe not. Google it. They believed  in something that is called Norrøn mytologi, or in English Norse mythology.
I think I would have it much better if I lived in that time of history, because I would love to know that Magic actually exist. In 2012, we know things about BBT and the Humans, that Vikings did`t know. Normal people had to image n all this questions that we now know the answer to. All this answers they believed in where their religion. But maybe, their answers where right, and our wrong. Maybe the gods exits, and the world where made of a giants body parts.

In Norse M. they believed in many different gods that did different things for the world. Norse M. is almost the same as Greek Mythology. That`s why I love the Percy Jackson series. Omg, it`s so good. Love gods :3

Scared? Yeah...

Hey,
I am sure you are scared of things that other people don`t know or thinks is funny. I do.

I am scared of little "fichies". The small fishes that people thinks are cute, the fiches that you can catch with your hands, but I am also scared of bigger fishes to, but not sharks. Not at all, maybe a little.
Being scared of seacreatures is like the worst thing evar. I love the lake where I live, I love the lake where I have my cabin, I love the sea. But I am to scared to swim in that dark water. Fishes everywhere!

I am also scared of birds. Smal birds, not eagles. BIRDS! Omg... I cant even walk in the park among sea gulls, I get too scared. I like the sound of them, though.

My biggest fear is nightmares. Sometimes I cant sleep, because I am to scared of the little chance that a nightmare can appear.

I love dark places, I love being lost, I love spiders, I like snakes, maybe I am just not normal?

Q: What are you afraid of?

Sorry, for my bad English. I am from Norway.

Presentation tips

Hey,
Only me that hate presentations?
I hate standing in front of my class, talking about a theme that my teacher has chosen. Omfg, I get soo scared when I have presentations. I am always shaking and my eyes get clear and wet.
Today, I had a science presentation about how to desalt the seawater, and in the first time of my life... I actually did it really good.  I spoke loud and clear without a paper in my face. I had a some amazing illustrations and every thing went better than expected. But here some tips to your power-point presentation in school.

Tips

  • Learn and know what you are going to say. Write everything down and learn it. Trick the teacher to think that you just speak from your heart, not  the paper.
  • Speak load and clear.
  • Look at your friends in your class, its a lot more stressing to know that people than you don`t like are actually listening, but one of the most important thing ; Look at the audience!
  • Write keywords on the power-point that makes you remember.
  • Use pictures that the teachers like. Think again cx
  • Use animations. Teachers love animations, but don`t use too many.
  • DON`t say the title... Say more like; Today I am going to talk about... and Now I am going to tell you a little about...
  • Have something witty to say
If you do all this things on the list, you are going to get an A in all subjects [Presentations] I promise you! c:

If you got problems with the "scary" part, just like me, make sure you have read it for someone before class and have practised to speak your text, don`t think that reading in your head is enough.

Please comment! English, Norwegian,Swedish or German, don`t matter at all.

Huruki Murakami "Kafka on the shore"

Some other books written by Huruki are: [ If you click on the links bellow they are going to direct you to their Wikipedia site c: ]
The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle,Sputnik Sweetheart,South of the Border, West of the Sun
Pinball, Norwegian WoodKafka on the ShoreHear the Wind SingHard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World,Dance Dance Dance,After Dark,A Wild Sheep Chase and 1Q84

Kafka on the shore

Do you like your life where you live? If not...  though about running away from home?
Want to talk to cats?

In this book we follow two different parallel universes.

In the first parallel universe, a 15- years old boy, named Kafka run away from home, hunting for his mother and his older sister.

In the other "universe" the writer tells Nakatas story. In an old age he helps lost cats to their home, After an accident in his childhood he got the feature that gave him the trait to talk to cats, and understand them.

The narrative runs back and forth between the two parallels, and they meet in a part of the book.

I think the book was amazing. Maybe I was a little young, because its referencing to the World War ||, and some other important moments of history.

Good written and makes you think.
